REGISTRATION

  • There is no fee to participate in Rock 102’s Show & Shine.
  • Pre-registration is open by invite only to Heritage Car Clubs starting May 25, 2023 at 6:00:01 am (CT) and closes on August 3, 2023 at 11:59:59 pm (CT).
  • The online registration link will be sent to your club’s lead contact via email on May 25, 2023.
  • Only one registration is required per Heritage Car Club. Please do your best to coordinate who is registering on behalf of your car club to avoid multiple entries being received.
  • You will receive an auto response message confirming receipt of your entry. If you do not receive an auto response, your registration has not been received.
  • Rock 102 Show & Shine organizers (“Event Organizers”) will do their best to honour Heritage Car Club reserved spaces. Spots cannot be guaranteed or confirmed until all registrations are received. Spaces will be limited to similar numbers as previous years.
  • Final confirmation, including a site map and your club’s location, will be sent by Friday, August 11.
  • Pre-registration for all other car clubs and individual car owners is not required. Owners hoping to show off their vehicle are invited to arrive on Sunday, August 20 between 9:00 am (CT) and 10:00 am (CT). Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • ALL participating vehicles must abide by Downtown Car Show Rules & Standards.

DOWNTOWN CAR SHOW RULES & STANDARDS

  1. Rock 102’s Show & Shine Downtown Car Show runs Sunday, August 20 from 11:00 am (CT) to 4:00 pm (CT).
  2. The Downtown Car Show is open to classic, antique, muscle, hot rod and custom vehicles.
  3. All vehicles must be in showmanship condition.
  4. Gates open for pre-registered car clubs at 7:00 am (CT). All car clubs must be in place by 9:00 am (CT) in order to guarantee your spot.
  5. Gates opens for all other car clubs and individual vehicles at 9:00 am. Space is limited an on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  6. All participating vehicles must be in place before 10:30am (CT). No vehicle entry will be permitted after this time.
  7. Event Organizers reserve the right to refuse any entry if rules and standards are not followed. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
  8. All cars must stay in place until 4:00 pm (CT). Any car club or individual car that attempts to leave before 4:00 pm (CT), will not be invited to participate next year.
  9. Participants assume full responsibility to insure at their sole cost their vehicles against loss or damage. The Event Organizer is not responsible or liable for any damage, theft or injury as a result of participation in the show.
  10. All participating vehicles must park in their assigned space, as indicated by the Event Organizer staff. Vehicles are not permitted to park in reserved Heritage Car Club or Sponsor spaces. Alleys, driveways, on curbs or down the centre of the road are also off limits. You cannot leave your car downtown the night before.
  11. Memberships, raffles, giveaways, advertising and selling or dispersing of literature of any kind is prohibited unless permission is obtained from Event Organizers.
  12. No sound systems are permitted without prior approval from Event Organizers.
  13. There will be no awards distributed as part of the 2023 Downtown Car Show.
  14. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times, except in licensed establishments and businesses.
  15. Failure to obey the above regulations will result in immediate dismissal and your vehicle being towed at your own cost, if required. All Event Organizer’s decisions are final.
